The question was asked, and the answer is yes! How exciting for you! You are about to start on the journey of a lifetime together! I recommend engagement portraits with every wedding that I shoot. Not only does this give you a chance to get to know the photographer, and make sure that he gets to know you, but it also provides you with your first family portraits, which you and your families will love! Included in packages purchased for $2000 or more, it is also available by itself starting at $200. Bridal Sessions: A breathtaking opportunity for the bride to show off her exceptional beauty. A bridal session is not done on the same day as the wedding. Instead, it is done either before or after the wedding. Before, it's an excellent chance to test your hair and makeup and make sure they are what you want for your wedding day. If done early enough, this can also result in a beautiful photo book that you can gift to your groom on your wedding day! Done after your wedding, you have an opportunity to get some beautiful portraits of yourself and your dress, in a relaxed, stress-free environment. The wedding is over, there is nothing left to plan or do but enjoy your new husband. He can even come along for the ride, for some relaxed romantic portaits of the two of you, especially if your wedding day doesn't afford the time for these. Some brides will also want to use a bridal session as an opportunity to "Trash the Dress." This newer tradition suggests that since you are only going to wear the dress once, what better way to show your commitment (and get some fabulous images!) than by getting portraits in places where you would not expect to have bridal portraits taken, such as next to or in the river, , or in other places where the dress might get dirty. Note: This does not actually require trashing the dress! Bridal sessions begin at $200, and are automatically offered when purchasing a package for $3500 or more. Wedding Packages: Congratulations! You’ve made it to the big day! You've spent hours planning this wedding, from the invitations to the guest list to the flowers and cake and every other smallest detail. And now, you can forget all about that and just enjoy the day. As a detail oriented photographer, you don't have to worry about whether you'll have an image of the centerpieces that use ribbons from your grandmother's wedding dress, or the shoes that you had specially dyed your new husband's favorite color. Your only task now is to enjoy the day that you worked so hard on, knowing that you will be able to look back on your professionally designed, GraphiStudio® heirloom album, and remember everything that was important to you.
